Two 25 Minute Laser Coaching Sessions per Month with Tessa. These in-depth, intuitive, strategic, and structured coaching calls will hold you accountable to your goals, uncover internal blocks that are holding you back, and remove resistance so that you can realize your vision for your life and your business at lightning speed. Examples of coaching topics are: decision making; upleveling your identity as a CEO; creating or delivering your personal brand that reflects your non-negotiables and your authentic self; getting clear on your core philosophies; sales; hiring/firing; working with “challenging” team members; creating your business manifesto or mission statement to help you stay on track in the development of your business while you learn how to lead effectively; upleveling your skills in presenting; educating or empowering your team members to grow and be accountable; and more.
Monthly Group Leadership Call with Tessa to access 7th Level leadership and energy, get clarity on your business and lifestyle vision, and create your fastest path to get there. We’re going to work on a very specific leadership topic each month, so you can actually have a better understanding of how mastery applies to real life problems and situations that you as a leader have. We will start with a business or leadership topic and add the mastery principles. Get ready to engage in these topics: Visioning and upleveling your business leadership identity; Creating or updating your business non-negotiables; Raising your capacity for success and discomfort in business; Understanding how to leverage your communication style to get the most out of yourself and others; Leadership and money; and one call specifically based on what the group wants to learn.
3 “Hot-tub Q and A Mastermind” Coaching Calls with Marni to get powerful feedback, direction, and guidance on creating a business or an upleveled career and life in a way that is in alignment with who you are as a leader in business and love. All questions on leadership and business are welcome.
